3-Year Manufacturing Warranty
At Heera, each piece of fine jewelry is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected to ensure it reaches you in impeccable condition. To reinforce our dedication to quality, we offer a complimentary 3-Year Manufacturing Warranty on all fine jewelry purchases made within the United States. This warranty covers verified defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered
Our 3-Year Manufacturing Warranty includes protection against genuine manufacturing defects, including:

Damage Upon Arrival – Items received with visible defects or damage related to shipping or handling will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Incorrect Item Fulfillment – If an incorrect style, size, or variation is received, it will be promptly corrected at no charge.

Loose or Improperly Set Stones at Delivery – Stones that are loose, uneven, or misaligned upon arrival.

Faulty Clasps or Closures – Clasps, hinges, or fastening mechanisms that fail due to workmanship defects.

Metal Imperfections – Structural flaws such as porosity, air pockets, cracks, or pits that compromise the integrity of the piece.
All covered repairs are complimentary within the three-year warranty period. After this period, we are pleased to offer repair services for a fee (plus applicable taxes and shipping). A detailed quote will always be provided for approval prior to beginning any work.

What’s Not Covered
The following circumstances are not considered manufacturing defects and are excluded from warranty coverage. Additional situations beyond those listed may also fall outside coverage.
Please note: Damage resulting from failure to complete necessary maintenance or recommended repairs is not covered.

Normal Wear and Tear – Scratches, surface marks, and general signs of everyday use. Loss of stones, theft, accidental damage, improper cleaning, or improper storage are not covered.

Natural Precious Metal Wear – Gradual thinning of prongs and metal components from regular wear, which may lead to loosened stones. This is considered normal use.

Metal Discoloration or Fading – Changes in metal color due to exposure to chemicals, heat, pools, hot tubs, perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, or environmental elements.

Bent or Misshapen Pieces – Rings or bangles that warp from impact, pressure, or everyday wear—particularly open-style designs—are considered normal wear.

Stone Loss Due to Impact – Stones lost as a result of trauma or external damage.

Clasp Damage from Wear or Force – Clasps that loosen or break due to routine wear, accidental force, or long-term use.

Delicate Chain Breakage – Damage to thin or fine chains caused by pulling, snagging, or stretching.

Third-Party Alterations – Any resizing, repair, polishing, soldering, or stone setting performed by a jeweler outside of Ring Concierge will void the warranty.
