Shipping Policy

Please note that all orders require a signature.

Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed for domestic delivery in the United States.
To ensure secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Products under $50,000 are accepted for credit or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product.
Products $50,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $50,000.
Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes, pouches, and certification.
Custom orders, special orders, made-to-order pieces are finsal sale items. Engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To start a return, contact us at info@heerausa.com and request the return label.
Please note a return fee will be deducted from your refund up to $40 to cover postage and insurance on your package. If you would like to use your own shipping platform, make sure to include your order number, add a signature, and ensure your package as we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
